1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PowerX Energies India Pvt Ltd ("PowerX", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or browsing our website (www.powerxenergies.com) or submitting inquiries for our solar consultancy, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), or product supply services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

PowerX provides renewable energy solutions across India, including solar feasibility assessments, consultancy, turnkey EPC execution, and supply of certified solar modules, inverters, structures, cables, and BOS accessories. All official project engagements, contractual timelines, deliverables, and payment structures are governed by specific commercial agreements entered into between PowerX and the client.

3. Quotations, Sizing & Estimates

All preliminary proposals, system sizing estimates, solar generation forecasts, and budgetary quotations provided through our digital channels or initial consultations are indicative. Final system designs and performance commitments are subject to comprehensive physical site inspections, shadow analysis, structural load assessments, and local utility/DISCOM interconnection approvals.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging PowerX for site surveys or EPC installations are responsible for:

• Providing clear, safe, and lawful access to rooftop or ground site premises during mutually agreed project hours.
• Ensuring that site structures and civil foundations meet structural integrity standards for solar panel mounting.
• Providing accurate historical electricity billing data and necessary utility documentation for regulatory and net-metering filings.

5. Product Warranties & Equipment Supply

PowerX procures equipment from Tier-1 and established manufacturers (including an Authorized Channel Partner relationship with Vikram Solar, alongside product supply from Adani Solar, Waaree, Polycab, and other leading brands). All manufacturing warranties, performance guarantees, and product defects for modules, inverters, and electrical components are passed through directly from the original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to the customer in accordance with the respective manufacturer's warranty policies.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All original content, visual design, custom graphics, logos, brand markers, and proprietary text created by PowerX Energies India Pvt Ltd on this website are protected under Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial redistribution without prior written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PowerX Energies India Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, delays caused by force majeure events, grid disruptions, or regulatory delays beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
